Refund and Exchange Policy

At Sam Wellness our priority concern is the satisfaction of our clients. We want you to get what you pay for and to that end we allow for no shortfalls or inconsistencies. Your product will be precisely what you see and read of at our website and any discrepancies in the same shall be remedied by us as swiftly as possible. We work closely to provide you with the most accurate information given to us by our seller (including pictures/descriptions). We here at Sam Wellness facilitate the entire process to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

Returned/Exchanged

  • Sanitizer, Mask cannot be returned nor can be exchanged.
  • Product like Oximeter, Sanitizer dispenser can be exchanged within 7 days under the following circumstance: –
    • If the item you ordered arrived in physically damaged and disinfective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing part or accessories, it will be eligible for free exchange/replacement.

Defective or Damaged Product

If you happen to receive defective or damaged product that you ordered, notify us on help@samwellness.in within 24 hours of receiving the particular product along with the pictures.

Cancellation Policy

As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once placed.
